These are the terms you agree to when you create an account or enrol on a course with NTH Academy. Please read them — particularly the parts about payment and about missing classes. هذه هي الشروط التي توافق عليها عند إنشاء حساب أو التسجيل في كورس مع أكاديمية NTH. نرجو قراءتها، خاصةً ما يتعلق بالدفع وبالغياب عن الحصص.
NTH Academy is an online academy based in Egypt. We provide two things: live group classes, taught by an instructor on Google Meet at set days and times; and recorded courses, which you buy once and watch whenever you like. Some programmes offer both. أكاديمية NTH أكاديمية إلكترونية مقرها مصر. نقدّم شيئين: حصص جماعية مباشرة يقودها مدرّس على Google Meet في أيام ومواعيد محددة؛ وكورسات مسجّلة تشتريها مرة وتشاهدها متى شئت. وبعض البرامج يقدّم الاثنين.
You must give accurate details when you register, and keep your login to yourself. Your account is for one person. Sharing it, or letting somebody else attend a class in your place, is grounds for us closing it without a refund. عليك تقديم بيانات صحيحة عند التسجيل والحفاظ على سرية بيانات دخولك. حسابك لشخص واحد. ومشاركته أو السماح لشخص آخر بحضور الحصة بدلاً منك سبب كافٍ لإغلاقه دون استرداد.
If the student is under 18, a parent or guardian must register on their behalf and is responsible for these terms and for payment. إذا كان الطالب دون ١٨ عاماً، فيجب أن يسجّل ولي الأمر نيابةً عنه، ويكون مسؤولاً عن هذه الشروط وعن الدفع.
Our English and German programmes run across twelve levels. For English we place you with a free placement test before you join a round, so you learn with people at your own level. You do not choose your own level — the test does. If we or your instructor conclude that you have been placed wrongly, we will move you to the right group as soon as a place is available. تسير برامج الإنجليزية والألمانية عبر اثني عشر مستوى. وفي الإنجليزية نحدد مستواك باختبار مجاني قبل انضمامك لأي دفعة، لتتعلم مع من هم في مستواك. أنت لا تختار مستواك — الاختبار يحدده. وإذا تبيّن لنا أو لمدرّسك أن تحديد مستواك كان خاطئاً فسننقلك للمجموعة المناسبة فور توفر مكان.
Prices are shown on each course page in Egyptian pounds. A live round is paid before the first class. A recorded course is paid once, up front. الأسعار معروضة على صفحة كل كورس بالجنيه المصري. تُدفع الدفعة المباشرة قبل أول حصة، ويُدفع الكورس المسجّل مرة واحدة مقدماً.
At present we take payment by bank transfer or Instapay. You send the payment and upload a screenshot, and a member of our team confirms it. Your place is not final until we have confirmed the payment, which normally takes less than a working day. Until then we hold your seat for a limited time, after which it may be released to somebody else. نستقبل حالياً الدفع بالتحويل البنكي أو InstaPay. ترسل المبلغ وترفع صورة الإيصال، ثم يؤكده أحد أفراد فريقنا. لا يُعتبر مكانك مؤكداً إلا بعد تأكيد الدفع، وعادةً يستغرق أقل من يوم عمل. ونحتفظ لك بالمقعد لفترة محدودة قبل ذلك، وبعدها قد يُتاح لشخص آخر.
If you cancel a live round, how much you get back depends on how much notice you give us, counted back from the round's first class. Tell us in writing — a WhatsApp message or an email is enough, and the date we receive it is the date that counts. إذا ألغيت دفعة مباشرة، فالمبلغ الذي تسترده يعتمد على مدة الإشعار الذي تعطينا إياه، محسوبةً رجوعاً من أول حصة في الدفعة. أبلغنا كتابةً — رسالة واتساب أو بريد إلكتروني تكفي — والتاريخ المعتبر هو تاريخ وصول إشعارك إلينا.

The percentages are of the total fee for the round, not of what you have paid so far. We keep a share when you cancel close to the start because the place was held for you and turned away from someone else, and the round was staffed and timetabled around the students who had enrolled. النسب محسوبة من إجمالي رسوم الدفعة، لا مما دفعته حتى الآن. ونحتفظ بجزء عند الإلغاء القريب من موعد البدء لأن المكان حُجز لك وحُرم منه غيرك، ولأن الدفعة جُهّزت وجُدولت حول الطلاب الذين سجّلوا فيها.
If you cannot continue for a serious reason — illness, or something equally unavoidable — contact us. We are not obliged to depart from the table above, but we will do our best to move you to a later round instead of refunding you. وإذا تعذّر عليك الاستمرار لسبب جاد — كمرض أو ظرف قهري مماثل — فتواصل معنا. لسنا ملزمين بالخروج عن الجدول أعلاه، لكننا سنبذل ما بوسعنا لنقلك إلى دفعة لاحقة بدلاً من الاسترداد.
A recorded course is refundable within 48 hours of purchase, provided you have not watched more than the free preview lessons. أما الكورس المسجّل فقابل للاسترداد خلال ٤٨ ساعة من الشراء، بشرط ألا تكون قد شاهدت أكثر من الدروس المجانية.
If we cancel a round, or cannot deliver the classes you paid for, the table above does not apply: you get a full refund of the part not delivered, or a place in the next round — your choice. وإذا ألغينا نحن دفعة أو عجزنا عن تقديم الحصص التي دفعت مقابلها، فالجدول أعلاه لا ينطبق: تسترد قيمة الجزء غير المقدَّم كاملاً، أو تحصل على مكان في الدفعة التالية — الاختيار لك.
A refund is sent back the way it came, to the account you paid from. We cannot refund to a different person's account. يُردّ المبلغ بالطريقة نفسها التي دفعت بها، إلى الحساب الذي حوّلت منه. ولا يمكننا الرد إلى حساب شخص آخر.
Classes run at the days and times shown when you enrolled. We record every class and make the recording available to the students in that round, so a class you miss is not a class you lose. We do not repeat a class one-to-one for a student who missed it, and missing classes does not extend your round or reduce your fee. تُعقد الحصص في الأيام والمواعيد المعروضة عند تسجيلك. ونسجّل كل حصة ونتيح التسجيل لطلاب الدفعة، فالحصة التي تفوتك ليست حصة تخسرها. ولا نعيد الحصة بشكل فردي لمن تغيّب، ولا يؤدي الغياب إلى تمديد الدفعة أو تخفيض الرسوم.
We may move or cancel an individual class — for illness or a public holiday — and will tell you in advance and reschedule it. وقد ننقل حصة أو نلغيها — لمرض أو عطلة رسمية — وسنخبرك مسبقاً ونعيد جدولتها.
Everything we give you — worksheets, slides, class recordings and the videos in a recorded course — belongs to NTH Academy and is licensed to you personally for your own learning. You may not download and redistribute it, share your access with anybody else, re-upload it, or sell it. Doing so ends your access without a refund. كل ما نقدمه لك — أوراق العمل والشرائح وتسجيلات الحصص وفيديوهات الكورسات المسجّلة — ملك لأكاديمية NTH ومرخّص لك شخصياً لغرض تعلّمك. لا يجوز تنزيله وإعادة توزيعه أو مشاركة وصولك مع غيرك أو إعادة رفعه أو بيعه. ومخالفة ذلك تنهي وصولك دون استرداد.
Live classes are recorded. By joining a class you accept that your voice, and your camera if you turn it on, may appear in that recording, which is shared only with the students of that round and with the academy. تُسجَّل الحصص المباشرة. وبانضمامك للحصة تقبل أن يظهر صوتك — وصورتك إن شغّلت الكاميرا — في ذلك التسجيل، الذي لا يُشارك إلا مع طلاب تلك الدفعة ومع الأكاديمية.
Treat your instructor and the other students with respect. We will remove anybody from a class or from the academy for harassment, abuse, or repeatedly disrupting other people's learning, and in a serious case we will do so without a refund. عامل مدرّسك وزملاءك باحترام. وسنستبعد أي شخص من الحصة أو من الأكاديمية بسبب التحرش أو الإساءة أو التشويش المتكرر على تعلّم الآخرين، وفي الحالات الجسيمة يكون ذلك دون استرداد.
We issue a certificate when you complete a course and meet its requirements. Each certificate carries a code anyone can check on our verification page. A certificate records what you completed with us; it is not a state-recognised qualification, and we may withdraw one that was issued in error or obtained dishonestly. نصدر شهادة عند إتمامك الكورس واستيفاء متطلباته. وتحمل كل شهادة رمزاً يمكن لأي شخص التحقق منه في صفحة التحقق لدينا. والشهادة تُثبت ما أتممته معنا، وليست مؤهلاً معتمداً من الدولة، ويحق لنا سحب شهادة صدرت بالخطأ أو حُصل عليها بغش.
How we handle your information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. طريقة تعاملنا مع بياناتك موضحة في سياسة الخصوصية، وهي جزء من هذه الشروط.
We teach as well as we can, but we cannot guarantee a particular exam result, grade or job outcome — that depends on your own work. We are also not responsible for your internet connection, your device, or an outage at Google Meet or another provider we rely on. Where a class is lost because of a failure on our side, we will reschedule it. ندرّس بأفضل ما نستطيع، لكن لا يمكننا ضمان نتيجة امتحان أو درجة أو فرصة عمل بعينها — فذلك يعتمد على مجهودك. كما أننا غير مسؤولين عن اتصالك بالإنترنت أو جهازك أو انقطاع خدمة Google Meet أو أي مزوّد آخر نعتمد عليه. وإذا ضاعت حصة بسبب خلل من جانبنا فسنعيد جدولتها.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and we will tell current students about anything significant. The terms that apply to a round are the ones in force when you enrolled on it. قد نحدّث هذه الشروط. ويوضح التاريخ في الأعلى آخر تعديل، وسنخبر الطلاب الحاليين بأي تغيير جوهري. والشروط السارية على أي دفعة هي التي كانت نافذة وقت تسجيلك فيها.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Egypt have jurisdiction over any dispute. تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين جمهورية مصر العربية، وتختص المحاكم المصرية بالنظر في أي نزاع.
