This explains what NTH Academy collects about you, why we need it, who can see it, and how to get it removed. NTH Academy is an online language and skills academy based in Egypt, teaching live classes and selling recorded courses through nth-academy.org. In this policy "we" and "us" mean NTH Academy, and "you" means anyone who uses the site — student, parent, instructor or visitor. أكاديمية NTH أكاديمية لتعليم اللغات والمهارات عبر الإنترنت، مقرها مصر، تقدّم حصصاً مباشرة وتبيع كورسات مسجّلة عبر nth-academy.org. «نحن» في هذه السياسة تعني الأكاديمية، و«أنت» تعني أي مستخدم للموقع — طالباً كان أو ولي أمر أو مدرّساً أو زائراً.

If you choose "Continue with Google", Google tells us three things: your name, your email address and your profile picture. That is all we ask for and all we receive. We do not get access to your Gmail, your Google Drive, your contacts or anything else in your Google account, and we cannot post or send anything on your behalf. إذا اخترت «المتابعة بحساب Google»، فإن Google تخبرنا بثلاثة أشياء فقط: اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني وصورتك. هذا كل ما نطلبه وكل ما نستلمه. لا نصل إلى بريدك في Gmail ولا إلى Google Drive ولا إلى جهات اتصالك ولا أي شيء آخر في حسابك، ولا يمكننا النشر أو الإرسال نيابة عنك.
You can disconnect us at any time from your Google account's security settings. Doing so stops you signing in that way; it does not delete your NTH Academy account or your work, which you remove by asking us (see below). يمكنك فصلنا في أي وقت من إعدادات الأمان في حسابك على Google. هذا يوقف تسجيل الدخول بهذه الطريقة فقط، ولا يحذف حسابك في الأكاديمية ولا أعمالك — لحذفها اطلب ذلك منا (انظر أدناه).
Your instructor cannot see your email address or phone number.مدرّسك لا يستطيع رؤية بريدك الإلكتروني أو رقم هاتفك. This is enforced by the system itself, not by a rule we ask staff to follow. Instructors see your name, your level, your attendance and the work you submit — the things they need to teach you — and nothing else. هذا مفروض من النظام نفسه، وليس قاعدة نطلب من الموظفين اتباعها. يرى المدرّس اسمك ومستواك وحضورك وأعمالك — ما يحتاجه للتدريس — ولا شيء غير ذلك.
Your notes are private.ملاحظاتك خاصة. Notes you write inside a lesson can be read by you alone. No instructor and no administrator can see them. A notebook somebody else can read is not a notebook. الملاحظات التي تكتبها داخل الدرس يقرؤها أنت وحدك. لا يستطيع أي مدرّس أو مسؤول الاطلاع عليها. الدفتر الذي يقرؤه غيرك ليس دفتراً.
Administrators at the academy can see your contact details, because someone has to be able to call you about a payment or a schedule change. Our sales team can see enquiries and leads so they can follow up. Other students never see your contact details. يستطيع مسؤولو الأكاديمية رؤية بيانات تواصلك، لأن أحداً يجب أن يستطيع الاتصال بك بخصوص دفعة أو تغيير موعد. ويستطيع فريق المبيعات رؤية الاستفسارات للمتابعة. أما الطلاب الآخرون فلا يرون بيانات تواصلك أبداً.
We do not sell your information to anybody, ever. We do rely on a small number of providers to run the academy, and your data passes through them: نحن لا نبيع بياناتك لأي جهة، إطلاقاً. لكننا نعتمد على عدد محدود من مزوّدي الخدمة لتشغيل الأكاديمية، وتمر بياناتك عبرهم:
Some of these store data outside Egypt. Using the academy means accepting that your information may be processed abroad by these providers. بعض هذه الجهات تخزّن البيانات خارج مصر. استخدامك للأكاديمية يعني قبولك بأن بياناتك قد تُعالَج خارج البلاد لدى هؤلاء المزوّدين.
We only send promotional messages to people who have ticked the box asking for them. Creating an account is not consent to marketing, and signing in with Google is not consent to marketing. If you did tick it, every message has an unsubscribe link and you can also just tell us to stop. لا نرسل رسائل ترويجية إلا لمن اختار ذلك صراحةً. إنشاء الحساب ليس موافقة على التسويق، وتسجيل الدخول بحساب Google ليس موافقة على التسويق. وإذا وافقت، ففي كل رسالة رابط لإلغاء الاشتراك، ويمكنك ببساطة أن تطلب منا التوقف.
Separately from marketing, we may contact you about something you actually asked about — an enquiry you sent, or a course you started signing up for. That is a reply, not a campaign. بعيداً عن التسويق، قد نتواصل معك بخصوص ما سألت عنه فعلاً — استفسار أرسلته أو كورس بدأت التسجيل فيه. هذا رد وليس حملة إعلانية.
We teach children, and we ask a parent or guardian to enrol them and to give us their own name and contact details. A guardian may ask to see, correct or delete anything we hold about their child at any time. نحن ندرّس الأطفال، ونطلب أن يتولى ولي الأمر التسجيل وأن يعطينا اسمه وبيانات تواصله. ويحق لولي الأمر في أي وقت أن يطّلع على ما لدينا عن طفله أو يصححه أو يطلب حذفه.
We keep your account and your learning record for as long as you are a student and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that you can come back to a later round and so a certificate can still be verified. Payment records are kept as long as accounting rules require. When you ask us to delete your account, we remove your personal details; anonymous records that identify nobody may remain. نحتفظ بحسابك وسجلك الدراسي طوال فترة دراستك ولمدة معقولة بعدها، حتى تتمكن من العودة لدفعة لاحقة وحتى تظل الشهادة قابلة للتحقق. وتُحفظ سجلات الدفع للمدة التي تفرضها القواعد المحاسبية. وعند طلبك حذف حسابك نزيل بياناتك الشخصية، وقد تبقى سجلات مجهّلة لا تدل على أحد.
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, delete your account, or stop sending you marketing. Email us and we will act on it. Under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) you also have the right to complain to the competent authority if you think we have mishandled your information. يمكنك أن تطلب منا الاطلاع على ما لدينا عنك، أو تصحيح أي خطأ، أو حذف حسابك، أو وقف الرسائل التسويقية. راسلنا وسننفّذ ذلك. ووفقاً لقانون حماية البيانات الشخصية المصري (القانون رقم ١٥١ لسنة ٢٠٢٠) يحق لك أيضاً تقديم شكوى للجهة المختصة إذا رأيت أننا أسأنا التعامل مع بياناتك.
The site is served over HTTPS. Payment screenshots, homework files and course videos live in private storage that is not reachable by a public link. Access to personal details is restricted by role inside the system itself. No system is perfect, but these are not promises we made on paper — they are how the software is built. يعمل الموقع عبر HTTPS. وتُحفظ صور الدفع وملفات الواجبات وفيديوهات الكورسات في تخزين خاص لا يمكن الوصول إليه برابط عام. والاطلاع على البيانات الشخصية مقيّد حسب الدور داخل النظام نفسه. لا يوجد نظام مثالي، لكن هذه ليست وعوداً على ورق — هكذا بُني البرنامج فعلاً.
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If the change is significant we will tell current students directly. إذا غيّرنا هذه السياسة فسنحدّث التاريخ في الأعلى. وإذا كان التغيير جوهرياً فسنخبر الطلاب الحاليين مباشرة.
