How do I join my class?كيف أدخل حصتي؟

Open your dashboard. The class that is next sits at the top, with a Join class button. The button becomes live 15 minutes before the class starts and closes 15 minutes after it starts, so join on time; if you miss that, watch the recording. You do not need a meeting link, and we do not send you one: pressing Join is also what records your attendance. افتح لوحتك. الحصة القادمة في الأعلى ومعها زر ادخل الحصة. يعمل الزر قبل بداية الحصة بربع ساعة ويُغلق بعد بدايتها بربع ساعة، فادخل في ميعادك؛ وإن فاتك الوقت شاهد التسجيل. لا تحتاج رابط اجتماع ولا نرسله لك: الضغط على الزر هو أيضاً ما يسجّل حضورك.

The Join button is grey. Why?زر الدخول رمادي. لماذا؟

One of two reasons, and the button says which. Either the class has not opened yet, in which case it shows the time it will, or your payment has not been confirmed yet. Nothing else disables it. لسببين لا ثالث لهما، والزر يوضح أيّهما: إما أن الحصة لم تُفتح بعد ويظهر عندها موعد فتحها، أو أن دفعتك لم تُؤكد بعد. لا شيء آخر يعطّله.

A class was moved or cancelled. How will I know?تم نقل حصة أو إلغاؤها. كيف أعرف؟

It appears in your notifications (the bell at the top of your dashboard) and the class itself is marked, showing the date it moved from. Only the academy can move a class; your teacher cannot. يظهر ذلك في إشعاراتك (الجرس أعلى لوحتك) وتُوسم الحصة نفسها بموعدها السابق. الأكاديمية وحدها من تنقل الحصص، ولا يستطيع مدرّسك ذلك.

How do I pay?كيف أدفع؟

Transfer the amount, then upload a screenshot of the receipt on your dashboard. An admin checks it and your course unlocks. There is no card payment yet. حوّل المبلغ ثم ارفع صورة الإيصال في لوحتك. يراجعها المسؤول ويُفتح الكورس. لا يوجد دفع بالبطاقة حتى الآن.

I paid. When does my course open?دفعت. متى يُفتح الكورس؟

As soon as an admin confirms your receipt, usually the same day. You get a notification the moment it happens, and the payment appears in your payment history with the date. If a receipt is refused you are told why, in the same place. فور تأكيد المسؤول للإيصال، عادةً في نفس اليوم. يصلك إشعار لحظة حدوث ذلك، ويظهر الدفع في سجل مدفوعاتك بتاريخه. وإن رُفض إيصال، ستعرف السبب في نفس المكان.

Can I pay in instalments?هل أستطيع الدفع على أقساط؟

Yes. Upload a receipt for each payment. Your status reads "partly paid" until the full amount is confirmed, and the class itself unlocks when the fee is paid in full. نعم. ارفع إيصالاً لكل دفعة. تبقى حالتك «مدفوع جزئياً» حتى يكتمل المبلغ، وتُفتح الحصة عند سداد الرسوم كاملة.

Why do I have to take a test before choosing a round?لماذا أختبر قبل اختيار الدفعة؟

English here runs on twelve levels, not three. Putting you in the wrong one wastes your term, so we place you with a test first and then show you only the rounds at your level. The test unlocks as soon as you send your receipt, before it is even confirmed. الإنجليزية عندنا على اثني عشر مستوى لا ثلاثة. وضعك في المستوى الخطأ يضيّع الترم، لذا نحدد مستواك باختبار ثم نعرض لك الدفعات المناسبة فقط. يُفتح الاختبار فور إرسالك الإيصال، حتى قبل تأكيده.

How do I hand in homework?كيف أسلّم الواجب؟

Open the homework card on your dashboard, expand the item, and upload a file or type your answer. Your teacher marks it and returns a score with feedback, which appears in the same place. You are told when it has been marked. افتح بطاقة الواجبات في لوحتك، ووسّع البند، ثم ارفع ملفاً أو اكتب إجابتك. يصححه مدرّسك ويعيد لك الدرجة والملاحظات في نفس المكان، ويصلك إشعار عند التصحيح.

I missed a class. Is it recorded?فاتتني حصة. هل هي مسجّلة؟

Your teacher uploads the recording after each class. It appears under that class in your sessions list and in your course materials. Materials and recordings open once your payment is confirmed. يرفع مدرّسك التسجيل بعد كل حصة. يظهر أسفل الحصة في قائمة حصصك وفي مواد الكورس. تُفتح المواد والتسجيلات بعد تأكيد الدفع.

Can I message my teacher?هل أستطيع مراسلة مدرّسي؟

Yes, from the Messages card on your dashboard. Academy staff can see these conversations, and both of you are told so on every thread. That is deliberate: it is what lets us keep the channel open, and there are children on this platform. نعم، من بطاقة الرسائل في لوحتك. يستطيع فريق الأكاديمية الاطلاع على هذه المحادثات، وكلاكما يرى تنبيهاً بذلك في كل محادثة. هذا مقصود: هو ما يسمح لنا بإبقاء القناة مفتوحة، وعلى المنصة أطفال.

Something is wrong and I want the academy, not my teacher.هناك مشكلة وأريد الأكاديمية لا مدرّسي.

Use Report a problem on your dashboard. It goes straight to the admins, past your teacher, and you can follow its status until somebody writes back with what was done. استخدم الإبلاغ عن مشكلة في لوحتك. تصل مباشرة إلى المسؤولين دون مرور بمدرّسك، ويمكنك متابعة حالتها حتى يردّ عليك أحدهم بما تم.

I created an account but cannot sign in.أنشأت حساباً ولا أستطيع تسجيل الدخول.

Confirm your email first. When you create an account we email you a link, and the account opens once you click it. If it is not in your inbox, look in spam or promotions. Still nothing? Sign in with your email and password, and the page offers to send the link again. أكّد بريدك الإلكتروني أولاً. عند إنشاء الحساب نرسل إليك رابطاً، ويُفتح الحساب بمجرد الضغط عليه. إن لم تجده في البريد الوارد فابحث في الرسائل غير المرغوب فيها أو العروض. لم تجده بعد؟ سجّل الدخول ببريدك وكلمة المرور، وستعرض عليك الصفحة إرسال الرابط مرة أخرى.

I forgot my password.نسيت كلمة السر.

Use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page. If the email never arrives, contact the academy and we will set one for you. استخدم «نسيت كلمة السر؟» في صفحة الدخول. وإن لم يصلك البريد، تواصل مع الأكاديمية وسنضبطها لك.

Paying, and how long your seat is heldالدفع، ومكانك محجوز لحد إمتى

Your place on the round is held for a limited time after you enrol — the banner on your dashboard says how long. Send the money using one of the methods shown there, then upload a screenshot of the transfer. An admin checks it, and once it is confirmed your course materials unlock. If the hold runs out before you pay, the seat goes back to other students, so upload the screenshot as soon as you have sent the money. Paying in parts is fine: enter the amount you actually sent, and upload again for the rest. مكانك في المجموعة محجوز مدة محدودة بعد ما تسجّل — والشريط اللي في لوحتك بيقولك المدة. ابعت المبلغ بأي طريقة من اللي هناك، وبعدين ارفع صورة التحويل. الأدمن هيراجعها، وأول ما تتأكد هتتفتحلك مواد الكورس. ولو المدة خلصت قبل ما تدفع، المكان هيرجع متاح لطلبة تانية، فارفع الصورة أول ما تحوّل. والدفع على أجزاء عادي: اكتب المبلغ اللي بعته فعلاً، وارفع تاني للباقي.

What your level meansيعني إيه المستوى بتاعك

A1 up to C2 is the international scale for English, and each step is split in two — so A2.1 comes before A2.2. The badge on your dashboard is the level of the round you are in, not a score out of anything, and not a judgement of how you are doing. You move up when you finish a level. If you think the placement test put you in the wrong place, say so: your teacher can correct it, and the correction is recorded with their name against it. من A1 لحد C2 دا المقياس العالمي للإنجليزي، وكل مستوى متقسم لجزئين — يعني A2.1 قبل A2.2. والعلامة اللي في لوحتك دي مستوى المجموعة اللي انت فيها، مش درجة من حاجة، ولا حكم على مستواك. وبتطلع للمستوى اللي بعده لما تخلّص مستواك. ولو شايف إن اختبار تحديد المستوى حطّك في مكان غلط، قول: المدرّس يقدر يعدّله، والتعديل بيتسجّل باسمه.

Handing in homeworkتسليم الواجب

Upload a file, type your answer, or both — whichever the task asks for. PDF, Word, images and video all work. It reaches your teacher straight away, and you can replace it any time before it is marked; after it has been marked, ask your teacher. If you cannot do a piece in time, tell your teacher rather than leaving it. A piece never handed in is recorded differently from one that was handed in and scored low, and your teacher can excuse you from it altogether if there is a reason. ارفع ملف، أو اكتب إجابتك، أو الاتنين — حسب المطلوب. PDF أو ورد أو صور أو فيديو، كله شغّال. بيوصل لمدرّسك على طول، وتقدر تغيّره في أي وقت قبل ما يتصحّح؛ وبعد التصحيح كلّم مدرّسك. ولو مش هتلحق واجب، قول لمدرّسك بدل ما تسيبه: الواجب اللي ما اتسلّمش خالص بيتسجّل غير الواجب اللي اتسلّم وجاب درجة قليلة، والمدرّس يقدر يعفيك منه خالص لو فيه سبب.

Joining your classدخول الحصة

The Join button appears shortly before your class starts and takes you into the meeting. Use it rather than an old link you saved: pressing it is also what records that you turned up, and the link itself can change. Your teacher still marks the register by hand afterwards, and their mark is the one that counts — so if the button ever does not work, tell them rather than worrying about your attendance. زرار الدخول بيظهر قبل الحصة بشوية وبيوديك للاجتماع. استخدمه بدل أي لينك قديم محفوظ عندك: الضغط عليه هو كمان اللي بيسجّل إنك حضرت، واللينك نفسه ممكن يتغيّر. والمدرّس برضه بيسجّل الحضور بنفسه بعد الحصة، وتسجيله هو المعتمد — فلو الزرار ما اشتغلش قوله بدل ما تقلق على حضورك.

The words we useالكلمات اللي بنستخدمها

Round — your class group: the same teacher, days and times, for a set number of weeks. Level — where you are in English, like A2.1; each round is one level. Homework — work you hand in as a file or a photo. Online assignment — a paper you answer on the site, marked straight away. To do — everything still waiting for you, both kinds. Join — the button that takes you into your class, from 15 minutes before it starts. Receipt — the screenshot of your payment that you upload, which the academy then confirms. الدفعة — مجموعتك: نفس المدرّس والأيام والمواعيد لعدد أسابيع محدد. المستوى — مستواك في الإنجليزي، زي A2.1؛ وكل دفعة مستوى واحد. الواجب — شغل بتسلّمه ملف أو صورة. التكليف الأونلاين — ورقة بتحلها على الموقع وبتتصحح على طول. المطلوب منك — كل اللي لسه مستنيك من النوعين. ادخل الحصة — الزرار اللي بيدخّلك الحصة، من قبلها بربع ساعة. الإيصال — صورة الدفع اللي بترفعها، والأكاديمية بتأكدها.
