How do I join my class?كيف أدخل حصتي؟

Open your dashboard. The class that is next sits at the top, with a Join class button. The button becomes live 15 minutes before the class starts and closes when the class ends. You do not need a meeting link, and we do not send you one: pressing Join is also what records your attendance. افتح لوحتك. الحصة القادمة في الأعلى ومعها زر ادخل الحصة. يعمل الزر قبل بداية الحصة بربع ساعة ويُغلق بانتهائها. لا تحتاج رابط اجتماع ولا نرسله لك: الضغط على الزر هو أيضاً ما يسجّل حضورك.

The Join button is grey. Why?زر الدخول رمادي. لماذا؟

One of two reasons, and the button says which. Either the class has not opened yet, in which case it shows the time it will, or your payment has not been confirmed yet. Nothing else disables it. لسببين لا ثالث لهما، والزر يوضح أيّهما: إما أن الحصة لم تُفتح بعد ويظهر عندها موعد فتحها، أو أن دفعتك لم تُؤكد بعد. لا شيء آخر يعطّله.

A class was moved or cancelled. How will I know?تم نقل حصة أو إلغاؤها. كيف أعرف؟

It appears in your notifications (the bell at the top of your dashboard) and the class itself is marked, showing the date it moved from. Only the academy can move a class; your teacher cannot. يظهر ذلك في إشعاراتك (الجرس أعلى لوحتك) وتُوسم الحصة نفسها بموعدها السابق. الأكاديمية وحدها من تنقل الحصص، ولا يستطيع مدرّسك ذلك.

How do I pay?كيف أدفع؟

Transfer the amount, then upload a screenshot of the receipt on your dashboard. An admin checks it and your course unlocks. There is no card payment yet. حوّل المبلغ ثم ارفع صورة الإيصال في لوحتك. يراجعها المسؤول ويُفتح الكورس. لا يوجد دفع بالبطاقة حتى الآن.

I paid. When does my course open?دفعت. متى يُفتح الكورس؟

As soon as an admin confirms your receipt, usually the same day. You get a notification the moment it happens, and the payment appears in your payment history with the date. If a receipt is refused you are told why, in the same place. فور تأكيد المسؤول للإيصال، عادةً في نفس اليوم. يصلك إشعار لحظة حدوث ذلك، ويظهر الدفع في سجل مدفوعاتك بتاريخه. وإن رُفض إيصال، ستعرف السبب في نفس المكان.

Can I pay in instalments?هل أستطيع الدفع على أقساط؟

Yes. Upload a receipt for each payment. Your status reads "partly paid" until the full amount is confirmed, and the class itself unlocks when the fee is paid in full. نعم. ارفع إيصالاً لكل دفعة. تبقى حالتك «مدفوع جزئياً» حتى يكتمل المبلغ، وتُفتح الحصة عند سداد الرسوم كاملة.

Why do I have to take a test before choosing a round?لماذا أختبر قبل اختيار الدفعة؟

English here runs on twelve levels, not three. Putting you in the wrong one wastes your term, so we place you with a test first and then show you only the rounds at your level. The test unlocks as soon as you send your receipt, before it is even confirmed. الإنجليزية عندنا على اثني عشر مستوى لا ثلاثة. وضعك في المستوى الخطأ يضيّع الترم، لذا نحدد مستواك باختبار ثم نعرض لك الدفعات المناسبة فقط. يُفتح الاختبار فور إرسالك الإيصال، حتى قبل تأكيده.

How do I hand in homework?كيف أسلّم الواجب؟

Open the homework card on your dashboard, expand the item, and upload a file or type your answer. Your teacher marks it and returns a score with feedback, which appears in the same place. You are told when it has been marked. افتح بطاقة الواجبات في لوحتك، ووسّع البند، ثم ارفع ملفاً أو اكتب إجابتك. يصححه مدرّسك ويعيد لك الدرجة والملاحظات في نفس المكان، ويصلك إشعار عند التصحيح.

I missed a class. Is it recorded?فاتتني حصة. هل هي مسجّلة؟

Your teacher uploads the recording after each class. It appears under that class in your sessions list and in your course materials. Materials and recordings open once your payment is confirmed. يرفع مدرّسك التسجيل بعد كل حصة. يظهر أسفل الحصة في قائمة حصصك وفي مواد الكورس. تُفتح المواد والتسجيلات بعد تأكيد الدفع.

Can I message my teacher?هل أستطيع مراسلة مدرّسي؟

Yes, from the Messages card on your dashboard. Academy staff can see these conversations, and both of you are told so on every thread. That is deliberate: it is what lets us keep the channel open, and there are children on this platform. نعم، من بطاقة الرسائل في لوحتك. يستطيع فريق الأكاديمية الاطلاع على هذه المحادثات، وكلاكما يرى تنبيهاً بذلك في كل محادثة. هذا مقصود: هو ما يسمح لنا بإبقاء القناة مفتوحة، وعلى المنصة أطفال.

Something is wrong and I want the academy, not my teacher.هناك مشكلة وأريد الأكاديمية لا مدرّسي.

Use Report a problem on your dashboard. It goes straight to the admins, past your teacher, and you can follow its status until somebody writes back with what was done. استخدم الإبلاغ عن مشكلة في لوحتك. تصل مباشرة إلى المسؤولين دون مرور بمدرّسك، ويمكنك متابعة حالتها حتى يردّ عليك أحدهم بما تم.

I forgot my password.نسيت كلمة السر.

Use "Forgot password?" on the sign-in page. If the email never arrives, contact the academy and we will set one for you. استخدم «نسيت كلمة السر؟» في صفحة الدخول. وإن لم يصلك البريد، تواصل مع الأكاديمية وسنضبطها لك.
